Pyatigorsk Park

Pyatigorsk Park was completed in 2005 and is named in honor of Pyatigorsk, Dubuque's sister city in the Stavropol region of the Russian Federation. The park was designed by a Russian landscape architect. It is located at the intersection of Kerper Boulevard and 16th Street, overlooking the Peosta Channel of the Mississippi River.
